Lights Camera Cure and Teen Cancer America benefit UCLA teen & young adult unit

Two Schools of Rock, Fairfax and West LA, showed off their incredible young talent as teens belted out The Who songs from the band’s amazing catalogue. Roger and Pete would be proud of their performance at Bardot’s last Thursday night. Devon Werkheiser hosted the evening, keeping the crowd entertained throughout, including a beautiful acoustic number of his own. Lou Pine (including School of Rock teacher Ryan Schiff) delivered two masterful numbers of their own. We were then treated to a storming set by Steven Roth and his band, bringing the audience to their feet in an amazing finale to the evening. The two charities had come together to raise money for the Daltrey/Townshend Teen and Young Adult Cancer Program at UCLA. It was a fantastic evening that raised profile and vital funds whilst ensuring that the crowd had a night to remember.
