Teen Cancer America is happy to announce the opening of it’s new teen and young adult facility called “The Lounge” at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NYC, on Friday March 18th!

The new lounge area is a wonderful space with great design, offering cafeteria style facilities, modern features, cool lighting and decor. Providing teens and young adults with up to date technology, The Lounge will give them more opportunities to stay connected with the world outside of the hospital. This new area will be a fabulous resource for young people going through cancer, as it will provide a brilliant social area for young people to meet and hang out.

The money given for this state of the art facility was raised by Teen Cancer America Co-Founders Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend of The Who during a show performed at Madison Square Gardens in New York City.
