Run the LA Marathon and Support Teen Cancer America

The LA Marathon is nearly here and Teen Cancer America are looking for runners to support our worthwhile charity.
There’s never a good time for cancer, but for teens and young adults the timing seems particularly cruel. Up to the age of 18, a teen is likely to be treated in a children’s ward and if they are older they can end up in the hospital with much older people. The sense of isolation can be overwhelming as they do not have a health care niche and neither their treatment nor support is age appropriate. It is our mission to change this and improve the outcomes for teens and young adults fighting cancer by partnering hospitals to provide specialist units and services for this unique age group.
If you like a challenge and want to run, hop, skip or walk 26 miles then help us in our challenge and choose to support Teen Cancer America.
