Twin Kennedy is an identical twin country/roots duo originally from the small town of Powell River, BC. With Carli on guitar and vocals and Julie on fiddle and vocals, Twin Kennedy’s acoustic show has received standing ovations across North America. 3-time Canadian Country Music Award Nominees, Grand Prize Winner in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, and ECMA, MusicNL and VIMA winners, the twins were recently honoured as Distinguished Alumni by the University of Victoria. Twin Kennedy is known for their sibling harmonies, heartfelt songwriting and high energy show that blends their classical training with their country roots.

Most recently, Twin Kennedy released their album “Homebound”, which received a CCMA nomination for Alternative Country Album of the Year and was featured by media across North America including Billboard, CMT, The Country Network, and The Bluegrass Situation. Twin Kennedy also produced and co-hosted Wise Woman – The Show, a virtual concert experience presented by The Consulate General of Canada to the Southeast United States. In addition to the online premiere that received over 350,000 views, the show was aired as a weekend special on SiriusXM Country and nominated for a CCMA for Country Music Special of the Year. In the words of the Billboard Magazine, Twin Kennedy is a “sisterhood that strikes just the right chord!”
