Tha People Celebrate New LA Talent and Teen Cancer America

Tha People present “Launch You” August 3rd in LA

The “Launch You” Red Carpet event benefitting Teen Cancer America and hosted by Tha People, took place Sunday, August 3rd in Los Angeles, CA. Tha People are a creative group of artists who put on special events to provide other artists the opportunity to showcase their talents. With the people, as the people, Tha People host screenings, house parties and red carpet events throughout the LA area.

Sunday night, they did just that. Hundreds of people arrived to support independent artists’ projects and enjoy each other’s work at Busby’s East.

Musicians, singer-songwriters, rappers, screenwriters, and filmmakers graced the stage along with our own Hernan Barangan, whose work was also shown.

Teen Cancer America would like to take this opportunity to thank Tha People for donating 10% of the net profit to our charity. We would like to give special thanks to Juhahn, Jennah and Lauren of Tha People for welcoming and supporting us so warmly and to congratulation them on a wonderfully successful event!
