Pursuing acting professionally since she was five years old, southern California actress Julia Garcia landed her first recurring role in Season 5 of the ABC’s comedy “Fresh Off the Boat.”
In addition to other roles, Julia is best known for playing Emmy Mendoza on the Disney Channel’s “Sydney to the Max” starring Caroline Rhea, Ian Reed Kesler, and Ruth Rhigi. Over the course of three seasons, the audience learns that Emmy has ADHD and a learning disability which makes her different from most kids her age. The Disney Channel hand-picked Julia Garcia to convey this touching, relatable, and beloved character.

As a global “Next Generation Role Model,” she has a passion for philanthropy and gives of her time and resources to many worldwide organizations, while also utilizing her platform toward campaigns of anti-bullying, homelessness, animal conservation and rescue, awareness of human trafficking, and HIV and cancer research.
Eddie Vedder is a rock musician, activist, and conservationist. As the lead singer and one of the guitarists of the band Pearl Jam, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017.
He has played with The Who, Pete Townshend, and Roger Daltrey on numerous occasions over the last few decades. These performances included a charity concert benefiting Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall in the United Kingdom.
